- All items are brand new and made with love! Items will be wrapped with bubble wraps to ensure minimal damages during delivery. However, if anything is broken, please do inform us and we'll look into that matter. Defected goods must be returned within 7 days from the original date of purchase.

- To place an order, kindly use the ordering form provided and an invoice will be sent to you shortly.

- Payments can be made to POSB savings 060-80306-4 via iBanking (Your IB Nick is required) or ATM transfer (Please keep your receipt and send us a snapshot as proof of payment).

- Normal postage is free, however you are not able to track your parcel. We will not be responsible for any lost or damaged normal mail therefore registered mail(+$2.50) is highly recommended. If you opt for registered mail, a registered article number will be provided for you to track your parcel.
